Over de rol Als Uitvoerder GWW ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van uiteenlopende projecten binnen de grond-, weg- en waterbouw. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt op de projectlocatie en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten, stuurt medewerkers en onderaannemers aan en onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht en praktische aanpak verlopen projecten volgens afspraak en met de gewenste kwaliteit. - Dagelijks aansturen van uitvoerende medewerkers en onderaannemers. - Coördineren van werkzaamheden binnen GWW-projecten. - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere stakeholders. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en nemen van passende maatregelen. - Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte inzet van personeel, materieel en materialen. - Bewaken van een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van wet- en regelgeving. - Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte projectadministratie en voortgangsrapportage.
