Junior uitvoerder civiele techniek Urk Je begint als extra paar ogen en oren van de uitvoerder. Je loopt vooruit op de werkzaamheden, controleert of een werkvak kan starten en legt vast wat buiten gebeurt. Daarna krijg je een eigen ploeg, locatie of projectfase waarvoor jij de dagelijkse organisatie verzorgt. Je gaat onder andere: - De bouwplaats vóór de start van de werkzaamheden inspecteren; - Controleren of routes, afzettingen en werkvakken veilig toegankelijk zijn; - Een korte dagvoorbereiding maken voor de buitenploeg; - Werkinstructies en actuele tekeningen op de juiste plek beschikbaar stellen; - Met voormannen bespreken wie welke taak uitvoert; - Materieel en leveringen door het werkterrein laten bewegen zonder oponthoud; - Controleren of ontvangen materialen overeenkomen met de bestelling; Functie eisen Je zoekt geen functie waarin iedere dag achter een bureau hetzelfde verloopt. Je wilt buiten verantwoordelijkheid leren dragen en vindt het interessant om techniek met menselijk gedrag te combineren. Je luistert goed, communiceert rustig en durft het te zeggen wanneer je iets nog niet weet. We verwachten dat jij: - Een mbo- of hbo-opleiding hebt afgerond in Civiele Techniek, Infra, Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting; - Nieuwsgierig bent naar de dagelijkse realisatie van civiele projecten; - Graag tussen vakmensen en machines werkt; - Snel verbanden legt tussen tekening en werkelijkheid; - Informatie kort en duidelijk kan overbrengen; - Zelfstandig actie onderneemt binnen gemaakte afspraken; Organisatie omschrijving Je gaat werken bij een civiele aannemer die infrastructuur realiseert voor gemeenten, waterschappen en projectontwikkelaars. De opdrachten bevinden zich binnen GWW, wegenbouw, riolering en gebiedsontwikkeling en zijn verspreid over zowel bestaande stedelijke omgevingen als nieuwe ontwikkellocaties.
