Ben jij een ervaren uitvoerder die graag leiding geeft aan uitdagende industriële projecten? Voor een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de industriële dienstverlening zijn wij op zoek naar een Uitvoerder Decommissioning. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het veilig, efficiënt en succesvol uitvoeren van projecten waarbij industriële installaties en objecten worden ontmanteld. Je stuurt teams aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van uitvoerende teams op projectlocaties. Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bewaken van de voortgang. Opstellen en bewaken van planningen. Toezien op een veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Coördineren van materieel, personeel en onderaannemers. Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten tijdens de uitvoering. Overleggen met opdrachtgevers, projectleiders en andere betrokken partijen. Verzorgen van een correcte projectadministratie en rapportages. Wat kun jij? Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting; Ervaring als uitvoerder, supervisor of voorman binnen een industriële omgeving; Affiniteit met de industrie, onderhoud, sloop, ontmanteling of decommissioning; Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden; Goede beheersing van Nederlands en basiskennis Engels; Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers en onderaannemers; Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een sterke focus op veiligheid; In het bezit van VCA VOL of bereid deze te behalen; In het bezit van je rijbewijs B. Onze opdrachtgever is een familiebedrijf waarin alles draait om kwaliteit en mensen. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in 's-Heerenhoek, nabij het havengebied Vlissingen-Oost, in de provincie Zeeland.
