Als uitvoerder sta je midden in het bouwproject en neem je de leiding op de bouwplaats. Samen met de projectleider bepaal je de aanpak en zorg je dat het werk vlot, veilig en volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang en grijpt waar nodig bij om het proces optimaal te houden. Dagelijks stuur je bouwplaatsmedewerkers en onderaannemers aan, organiseer je startbesprekingen en houd je de planning en kosten scherp in de gaten. Je signaleert meer- en minderwerk, bent aanwezig bij cruciale uitvoeringsmomenten en verzorgt de inkoop en tijdige afroep van materialen. Daarnaast leg je alles zorgvuldig vast in de projectadministratie, zodat het hele team altijd overzicht heeft en weet wat er speelt. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat elk project gestructureerd en succesvol wordt uitgevoerd. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Jij bent een zelfstandige uitvoerder die stevig in de schoenen staat en altijd het overzicht bewaart. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden schakel je moeiteloos tussen bouwplaatsmedewerkers, projectleider en opdrachtgever. Je bent resultaatgericht, klantgericht en weet je team te motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Daarnaast neem je initiatief, werk je proactief en staat veiligheid altijd bovenaan. - Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding Bouwkunde; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met projecten in de utiliteitsbouw (ervaring in bedrijfshuisvesting is een pré).
