Als uitvoerder ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je stuurt onderaannemers aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving. Daarnaast ben je het gezicht naar de opdrachtgever en onderhoud je contact met architecten, adviseurs en leveranciers. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de bouw. Jouw taken omvatten: - Aansturen en coördineren van onderaannemers en eigen medewerkers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoeringsfase; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, architecten en adviseurs; - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken en uitdagingen tijdens de bouw; - Organiseren van bouwvergaderingen en opstellen van voortgangsrapportages; - Controleren van werkbonnen, urenstaten en materiaalverbruik.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig binnen deze organisatie. Als uitvoerder kun je doorgroeien naar een rol als senior uitvoerder of projectleider, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over grotere en complexere projecten. Ook is er ruimte om je te specialiseren in specifieke bouwsectoren of om je verder te ontwikkelen in projectmanagement. Het bedrijf investeert actief in de ontwikkeling van zijn medewerkers door middel van opleidingen, cursussen en trainingen.
