Je bewaakt de planning, controleert de kwaliteit, houdt oog voor veiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op de bouwplaats weet wat er moet gebeuren. Van de eerste werkzaamheden tot de uiteindelijke oplevering speel jij een belangrijke rol in het succes van het project. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende woningbouwprojecten, zoals grondgebonden woningen, appartementencomplexen en conceptmatige woningbouw voor woningcorporaties, ontwikkelaars en eigen ontwikkelprojecten. Wat ga je doen? - Coördineren van werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. - Aansturen en afstemmen met onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten. - Controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. - Ondersteunen bij planningen, leveringen en werkvoorbereiding. - Intensief samenwerken met uitvoerders, projectleiders en bouwpartners.
