Voor een ambitieus technisch familiebedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een Uitvoerder . Of je nu een junior uitvoerder bent, een ervaren monteur die de volgende stap wil zetten of al ruime ervaring hebt als uitvoerder: er zijn volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Als uitvoerder ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de monteurs, klanten en de binnendienst. Je bent zowel op kantoor als buiten op locatie te vinden. Je hebt contact met de planner, bewaakt het overzicht, begeleidt monteurs en zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom de uitvoering soepel verloopt. Daarbij houd je scherp toezicht op kwaliteit en veiligheid. Ben je nog nieuw in deze functie? Dan word je stap voor stap begeleid. Heb je al ervaring? Dan krijg je de ruimte en het vertrouwen om direct zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. Wat ga je doen? - Technisch opnemen en voorbereiden van projecten; - Aansturen en begeleiden van het montageteam op locatie; - Controleren van voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Overleggen met klanten, teamleiders en de buitendienst; - Tijdig signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen; - Bijhouden van administratie rondom inkoop, planning en uitvoering. Een voorbeeld uit de praktijk Maandagochtend rijd je naar Drenthe om de opstart van een kleiner project te bekijken. Alles loopt goed, dus je belt nog even met de binnendienst om materiaal voor te bereiden voor de klus van morgen. Dinsdag bezoek je een groter project dichter bij huis. En donderdag? Dan duik je in de technische voorbereiding van een internationaal project. Volgende week vlieg je erheen om scherminstallaties en/of insectengaassystemen in te meten en het project ter plaatse door te spreken. Geen week is hetzelfde!
