Zo ga jij de uitdaging aan Als aankomend uitvoerder ben jij de schakel tussen Enexis, de monteurs en de gemeente. Jij zorgt dat de monteurs hun werk veilig uit kunnen voeren en beoordeelt het opgeleverde werk op vakmanschap, kwaliteit en bovenal veiligheid. De ene keer verhelp jij met je team een storing, de andere keer voer je onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit of vervang je installaties zodat het netwerk voortaan op afstand bediend kan worden. Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je leidt de vervanging, renovatie en het onderhoud van ons elektriciteitsnetwerk in goede banen. De ene keer gaat het om het verhelpen van een kleine of grote storing, de andere keer werk je samen met je team aan een omvangrijk verduurzamingsproject. - Jij coacht je teams van technici, monteurs en onderaannemers. Jij zorgt dat iedereen zijn of haar werk goed kan doen, dat alle werkzaamheden op elkaar zijn afgestemd en dat we projecten op tijd en volgens afspraak opleveren. - Je denkt mee over hoe we projecten in de toekomst zo slim mogelijk kunnen uitvoeren. Daarbij geef je op tijd aan wie en wat je hiervoor nodig hebt. - Wanneer je volledig zelfstandig inzetbaar en bevoegd bent, draai je mee in de storingswachtdienst als werkverantwoordelijke.
