Dan is de rol van uitvoerder bij Willems wellicht écht iets voor jou! - Bouwkundig uitvoerder Wat je doet. Als uitvoerder ben je al vroeg bij het project betrokken. Dit begint bijvoorbeeld al bij het realiseren van de modelwoning. Zo weten wij, onze opdrachtgever én de bewoners precies welke werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd. En wat het eindresultaat is als we ons werk gedaan hebben. Samen met de projectleider en werkvoorbereider bepaal je de routing van het werk. Je bent betrokken bij het opstellen van de planning en regelt de inrichting van de bouwplaats. Vaak wordt de modelwoning jouw kantoor. Compleet ingericht, inclusief keuken. Een goede bak koffie is tenslotte onmisbaar! Als uitvoerder ben jij hét aanspreekpunt op het project. Voor de collega's, de bewoners en onze opdrachtgever. De woningen waarin we werken zijn in bewoonde staat, dat maakt het leuk én altijd weer uitdagend. Daarnaast… - Voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit op het uitgevoerde werk en controleer je of alles netjes en schoon wordt achtergelaten voor de bewoners; - Materiaal & materieel roep je tijdig af en zorgt voor overzicht op de bouwplaats; - Heb je wekelijks overleg met de projectleider en werkvoorbereider en zit je iedere 2-weken bij de bouwvergadering; - Stuur je aan op de planning en corrigeer je waar nodig; - Samen met de bewonersconsulent doe je de warme opnames, informeer je de bewoners over de werkzaamheden en los je eventuele problemen en/of klachten snel op.
