Als ervaren uitvoerder ben jij de spil op het project en zorg je ervoor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. 4500 - 5000 Midden-Nederland Gelderland Utrecht Flevoland Fulltime Mbo Hbo Geen standaard rol, wel jouw ding Ben jij een ervaren uitvoerder en toe aan een volgende stap binnen de funderingstechniek? Dan is dit misschien precies de uitdaging die je zoekt. Je komt terecht bij een familiebedrijf met ruime ervaring in de funderingstechniek. Een organisatie met korte lijnen, een informele sfeer en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Vanuit jouw rol ben je betrokken bij uiteenlopende projecten door heel Nederland, van bouwkuipen en dijkversterkingen tot kadevernieuwingen, bruggen en onderdoorgangen. Als uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op het project. Je stuurt de uitvoering aan, bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Daarbij schakel je continu met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers, werkvoorbereiders en het projectteam. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het dagelijks aansturen en begeleiden van de uitvoering; - bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid; - coördineren van werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats; - onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten tijdens de uitvoering; - afstemmen met werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding; - bijdragen aan een efficiënte en succesvolle uitvoering van het project. Omdat je binnen een organisatie terechtkomt waar eigen initiatief wordt gewaardeerd, krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in je werk.
