Als Uitvoerder Glasvezel ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat projecten vlekkeloos verlopen. Je stuurt dagelijks meerdere ploegen aan die bezig zijn met het aanleggen van glasvezelnetwerken in verschillende omgevingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, coördinatie en kwaliteitsbewaking van de werkzaamheden. Daarnaast onderhoud je nauw contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en gemeenten om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen op één lijn zit. Je bent het gezicht van het bedrijf op locatie en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning altijd voorop staan. In deze functie krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting projectleiding. Het bedrijf investeert actief in de groei van zijn medewerkers door middel van opleidingen en trainingen. Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld cursussen volgen op het gebied van projectmanagement, contractmanagement of specifieke technische vakgebieden binnen de telecominfrastructuur. Meerdere huidige projectleiders zijn gestart als uitvoerder en hebben zich binnen het bedrijf doorontwikkeld naar een leidinggevende rol. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen en coördineren van uitvoerende ploegen op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en VCA-richtlijnen; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, gemeenten en onderaannemers; - Controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en opleveren van projecten; - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief meedenken over oplossingen; - Verzorgen van dagelijkse rapportages en voortgangsbewaking; - Begeleiden en instrueren van medewerkers op de werkvloer.
