Als Uitvoerder Glasvezel ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat glasvezelprojecten vlekkeloos verlopen. Je stuurt dagelijks een team van monteurs en onderaannemers aan en zorgt ervoor dat het werk volgens planning, binnen budget en conform de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen wordt uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, werkvoorbereiders en opdrachtgevers om de projectdoelstellingen te behalen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met bewoners, gemeenten en andere stakeholders in de openbare ruimte. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Aansturen en coördineren van uitvoerende teams en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering; - Dagelijks overleg met de projectleider en werkvoorbereiding over de voortgang; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Communiceren met opdrachtgevers, gemeenten en bewoners over de werkzaamheden; - Oplossen van uitvoeringsvraagstukken en technische uitdagingen op de bouwplaats; - Controleren en accorderen van geleverd werk en materialen; - Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van werkprocessen en werkmethoden.

Deze functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Na het succesvol afronden van meerdere projecten kun je doorgroeien naar de rol van Senior Uitvoerder, waarbij je grotere en complexere projecten gaat leiden. Vanuit daar is de stap naar Projectleider een logisch vervolg, waarbij je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor meerdere projecten tegelijk en een team van uitvoerders aanstuurt.
