Dat doe je bij een informeel aannemingsbedrijf uit Culemborg, samen met een flinke ploeg vakmensen. Je verdient €4.500 - €5.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur en krijgt een elektrische auto van de zaak. Functieomschrijving Als uitvoerder groen heb je de dagelijkse leiding over meerdere projecten. Je zorgt dat de juiste mensen, machines en materialen op de juiste plek zijn, zodat het werk veilig, vlot en goed gebeurt. Loopt iets anders dan gepland, dan stuur je samen met je ploeg bij. Je werkt met een flinke ploeg. Meestal zijn dat 15 tot 25 collega's, soms meer, afhankelijk van het project en het seizoen. Er lopen vaak projecten op meerdere plekken tegelijk, dus het helpt als je het leuk vindt om overzicht te houden. Voor opdrachtgevers, bewoners, collega's en onderaannemers ben je het vaste gezicht op het project. Zo ziet je werk er in de praktijk uit: - je coördineert de dagelijkse uitvoering en houdt planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en productiviteit in de gaten; - je checkt of alles volgens contract, bestek, tekening en werkinstructie gaat; - je begeleidt medewerkers, inhuurkrachten en onderaannemers, verdeelt het werk en geeft werkoverleggen en werkplekinstructies; - je let op veiligheid en de KAM-richtlijnen (kwaliteit, arbo en milieu) en grijpt in als iets niet veilig is; - je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en bewoners, en stemt met collega-uitvoerders, planners en projectleiders af over mensen en materieel; - je houdt de projectadministratie bij, zoals uren, materieel en productie, en praat de projectleider bij over de voortgang.
