Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie, planning en uitvoering van aanleg-, renovatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je werkt samen met diverse partijen en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden volgens afspraak, veilig en binnen budget worden uitgevoerd. Dit ga je doen In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de projecten die onder jouw hoede vallen. Je werkt lekker buiten in het openbaar groen en samen met je team zorg je voor alles: van het aanleggen van plantsoenen en gazons tot onderhoud aan bermen, bomen en beplanting. Je hebt veel contact met opdrachtgevers en collega's en houdt alles draaiende. Wat doe je zoal? - Je geeft elke dag leiding aan je eigen team; - Je houdt de planning scherp in de gaten en overlegt met de afdeling planning; - Je checkt of het werk goed, veilig en op tijd gebeurt (VCA); - Je regelt de administratie: meer- en minderwerk, materialen, uren; - Je praat regelmatig met opdrachtgevers, toezichthouders, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Je ziet het direct als er iets misloopt en stuurt bij waar nodig; - Je rijdt vaak zelf even langs op de projecten, kijkt of het goed gaat en helpt je team waar nodig. Dit krijg je - salaris tussen €3.500,00 en €5.250,00 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring) - bovenop je salaris een ADV vergoeding van 6.5%! - 26 vakantiedagen; - 8,33% vakantiegeld; - pensioen opbouw; - reiskostenvergoeding op basis van cao GGI; - werken aan moderne machines en materieel; - opleidingsmogelijkheden binnen het technische vak; - na gebleken geschiktheid op contract bij de opdr...
