Uitvoerder GWE Standplaats: omgeving Nijmegen | 32 - 40 uur Als Uitvoerder GWE ben jij de centrale spil bij de uitvoering van kabel- en leidingprojecten binnen de ondergrondse infrastructuur. Op locatie geef jij dagelijks leiding aan de uitvoeringsteams en zorg je ervoor dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden afgerond. Je vormt de schakel tussen werkvoorbereiding, uitvoeringsteams, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden, praktische aanpak en leidinggevende kwaliteiten houd je het overzicht, signaleer je risico's tijdig en stuur je waar nodig bij om projecten vlekkeloos te laten verlopen. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle aspecten van de uitvoering van kabel- en leidingwerken, zoals: - Dagelijkse leiding en coördinatie van uitvoerende teams en onderaannemers. - Bewaken van voortgang, kosten, planning en kwaliteit gedurende het project. - Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt op locatie voor opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega's. - Signaleren van risico's en proactief oplossen van problemen of knelpunten. - Rapporteren over voortgang, afwijkingen en resultaten aan projectleiding en stakeholders. - Actief bijdragen aan verbetering van werkprocessen en werkmethoden. - Efficiënt inzetten van personeel, materieel en materiaal om projecten optimaal te laten verlopen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Mbo+ of hbo-opleiding in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld civiele techniek, bouwkunde of GWW). - Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder bij kabel- en/of leidingprojecten (GWE). - Goede kennis van uitvoeringstechnieken, wet- en regelgeving en veiligheidsnormen, het liefst Uitvoerderspapieren volg...
