Dan is deze functie als Uitvoerder GWW iets voor jou. Jouw rol Als uitvoerder ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat projecten buiten daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd worden. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de projectlocatie en stuurt teams aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat alles veilig en efficiënt verloopt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van de planning naar de praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Daarbij houd je rekening met deadlines, kwaliteit en kosten. Wat ga je doen? - Leidinggeven aan vaklieden en coördineren van onderaannemers - Organiseren en afstemmen van dagelijkse werkzaamheden op locatie - Bewaken van de voortgang en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van richtlijnen - Overleggen met projectleiding, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen - Signaleren van afwijkingen en bedenken van passende oplossingen - Vastleggen van projectgegevens en rapporteren over de status De functie in de praktijk Je werkt aan projecten zoals de aanleg van wegen, rioleringssystemen en andere infrastructurele voorzieningen.
