Als Uitvoerder GWW ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden gerealiseerd. Je stuurt onderaannemers en uitvoerende ploegen aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en andere betrokken partijen. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, werkvoorbereider en calculator om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over de uitvoering en verbetermogelijkheden. Je bent betrokken bij het gehele proces, van voorbereiding tot oplevering, en draagt bij aan de continue verbetering van werkprocessen. Het bedrijf biedt volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een rol als Senior Uitvoerder of Projectleider. Je kunt je verder ontwikkelen door middel van opleidingen, trainingen en het opdoen van ervaring in steeds complexere projecten. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen van onderaannemers en uitvoerende teams op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoering; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving conform de geldende VCA-richtlijnen; - Communiceren met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en interne stakeholders; - Signaleren van risico's en kansen en hierop proactief handelen; - Bijdragen aan de voorbereiding en nazorg van projecten; - Rapporteren over de voortgang aan de projectleider.
