In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van grond-, weg- en waterbouwprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd en bent de verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, projectteams, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Organisatie Via ons kom je terecht bij een gerenommeerde infrapartner die zich specialiseert in de aanleg, het onderhoud en het beheer van infrastructuur en openbare ruimte. De organisatie werkt voor gemeenten, provincies, waterschappen en andere grote opdrachtgevers en staat bekend om haar vakmanschap, innovatieve aanpak en focus op kwaliteit en duurzaamheid. Je komt terecht in een professionele maar informele werkomgeving waar samenwerking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan. Functie Als Uitvoerder GWW ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van uiteenlopende infrastructurele projecten. Jij houdt overzicht, stuurt teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten succesvol worden opgeleverd. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen; - Coördineren van personeel, materieel en onderaannemers; - Aansturen en begeleiden van uitvoerende medewerkers; - Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van de werkzaamheden; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met projectleiders en opdrachtgevers; - Bijhouden van de projectadministratie; - Opstellen van voortgangs- en kwaliteitsrapportages; - Signaleren van knelpunten en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig; - Zorgdragen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en het gebruik van PBM's.
