Als Uitvoerder GWW ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats en het aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding over uitdagende infrastructurele projecten, waarbij je zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, werkvoorbereiders en je eigen uitvoeringsteam om projecten succesvol op te leveren binnen de gestelde tijd, het budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. In deze rol krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting projectleiding. De organisatie investeert actief in de groei van haar medewerkers door middel van opleidingen, trainingen en coaching. Je kunt doorgroeien naar de functie van Senior Uitvoerder of Projectleider, waarbij je steeds grotere en complexere projecten onder je hoede krijgt. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke disciplines binnen de civiele techniek, zoals kunstwerken of asfaltering. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen en coördineren van het uitvoeringsteam en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, begroting, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, toezichthouders en andere stakeholders; - Organiseren van werkoverleggen en voortgangsbesprekingen met alle betrokken partijen; - Signaleren van risico's en kansen, en hierop proactief anticiperen; - Zorgen voor correcte administratie en rapportages over de voortgang van het project; - Bijdragen aan de werkvoorbereiding en nazorg van projecten.
