Als uitvoerder GWW is jouw hoofddoel ervoor zorgen dat elk project wordt afgerond volgens de gemaakte afspraken en in lijn is met wetten, regels en richtlijnen. Je bereikt dit door te plannen, coördineren, aansturen en leidinggeven. Je onderhoudt contact met collega's, leveranciers, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers. Verder voer je in deze dynamische functie de volgende taken uit: - Je regelt een team geschikt voor de uitvoering; - Je zorgt dat de juiste mensen en middelen op tijd aanwezig zijn; - Ziet toe op het naleven van de overeengekomen randvoorwaarden; - Coördineert werkzaamheden en geeft leiding aan het team; - Controleert inkomende leveringen; - Signaleert afwijkingen en meer- of minderwerk; - Registreert uren, voert de projectadministratie en neemt deel aan projectvergaderingen. Wie zoeken wij? Voor deze uitdagende vacature zijn wij op zoek naar een echte vakman of -vrouw die kan omgaan met vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die klaar is voor de volgende stap in zijn carrière en die bewapend is met uitstekende leidinggevende capaciteiten en goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Daarnaast beschik je over de volgende kennis, vaardigheden en competenties: - MBO of HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Een afgeronde MBO en/of HBO opleiding richting Civiele techniek of aanverwant; - Ervaring als Uitvoerder GWW of een soortgelijke functie; - Vrijheid om naar eigen inzicht tijd in te delen en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen voor het project; - Oplossings- en resultaatgericht; - Beschikt over goede communicatieve en contactuele vaardigheden.
