Jij zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en financiën op orde zijn en dat opdrachtgevers tevreden zijn. Als (assistent) uitvoerder ben jij de schakel tussen het projectteam en de uitvoering buiten. Jij bewaakt de voortgang, kosten en planning, en grijpt in waar nodig. Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd op nummer één. Je denkt vooruit, voorkomt problemen en vindt snel oplossingen. Dit ga je doen: - Het werk schouwen en afstemmen met het projectteam over personeel, materieel en materiaal. - Afwijkingen melden en zorgen dat deze bij het projectteam terechtkomen. - Direct ingrijpen bij onveilige situaties en mensen aanspreken op hun gedrag. - De productie digitaal administreren en voortgang, kostenbegroting en planning bewaken. - Wekelijks de voortgang bespreken met het projectteam, en periodiek met de teamleider en netbeheerder. Functie-eisen Je houdt overzicht, hebt oog voor detail en reageert snel op onverwachte situaties. Het geeft jou energie om elke dag het maximale uit je team te halen en een veilige werkomgeving neer te zetten. Verder heb je: - Een afgeronde relevante opelding. - Ervaring als uitvoerder op het gebied van ondergrondse kabels en/of leidingen (pré). - Aanvullende certificaten zoals VCA-VOL, VIAG, KIAD en/of VeWa en VOP.
