Als uitvoerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en organisatie van één of meerdere GWW-projecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Je stuurt vakmensen en onderaannemers aan, waarbij je duidelijke afspraken maakt over werkvolgorde, kwaliteit en veiligheid. • Je vertaalt de projectplanning naar een werkbare dag- en weekplanning, zodat personeel, materiaal en materieel efficiënt worden ingezet. • Je stemt dagelijks af met de werkvoorbereider, waardoor leveringen, wijzigingen en technische vragen snel worden opgepakt. • Je bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van het werk, waarbij je afwijkingen direct bespreekt en corrigerende maatregelen neemt. • Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en toezichthouders, zodat afspraken helder blijven en aandachtspunten tijdig worden gedeeld.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die al ervaring heeft binnen de uitvoering en toe is aan een zelfstandige positie binnen GWW-projecten. We zien graag het volgende terug: • Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting Civiele Techniek of GWW, of aantoonbare praktijkervaring op vergelijkbaar niveau. • Minimaal twee jaar ervaring als assistent-uitvoerder, junior uitvoerder of voorman, waardoor je bekend bent met de praktijk buiten. • Ervaring met grondwerk, riolering of bouw- en woonrijp maken, zodat je de technische werkzaamheden inhoudelijk begrijpt. • Natuurlijk leiderschap en duidelijke communicatie, zonder de samenwerking met collega's uit het oog te verliezen. • Een georganiseerde manier van werken, waarmee je meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijkertijd kunt overzien. • VCA-VOL en rijbewijs B, passend bij jouw verantwoordelijkheid op projectlocaties.
