Als Uitvoerder Hoogspanningsstations stuur je uitdagende renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten aan, bewaak je veiligheid en kwaliteit en zie je direct resultaat van jouw werk. Vanuit Moordrecht en op projecten door heel Nederland werk je samen met uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders, projectmanagers en monteurs. Jij creëert de juiste omstandigheden waarin vakmensen veilig en effectief kunnen werken. - Je coördineert de dagelijkse uitvoering op midden- en hoogspanningsstations. - Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning, voortgang en projectresultaat. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en begeleidt vakmensen met duidelijke instructies. - Je signaleert knelpunten, neemt initiatief en realiseert praktische oplossingen. - Je stemt zorgvuldig af met klanten, partners en projectteams. Functie-eisen Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van werkzaamheden in de infra, elektrotechniek, bouw of energiesector. Je communiceert helder, houdt overzicht wanneer de druk toeneemt en weet collega's op een respectvolle manier mee te nemen in beslissingen. Met jouw betrouwbare aanpak bouw je aan duurzame samenwerking en resultaat. - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder of in een vergelijkbare coördinerende functie. - Mbo- of hbo-niveau, bij voorkeur richting elektrotechniek, energietechniek, civiele techniek of bouw. - Kennis van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en uitvoeringsprocessen; VCA-VOL is gewenst. - Vermogen om te plannen, organiseren, prioriteren en overtuigend af te stemmen. - Bereidheid om landelijk op projectlocaties te werken en verantwoordelijkheid t...
