Uitvoerder Infra 40 Ede, Gelderland Uitvoerder Infra Als uitvoerder ben jij de spil op het project. Je stuurt het team aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat alle werkzaamheden veilig, volgens planning en met hoge kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met onderaannemers, leveranciers en collega's, en je bent het aanspreekpunt op de projectlocatie. Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand met ervaring in de uitvoering die klaar is voor de volgende stap of zijn/haar vakmanschap verder wil verdiepen in een professionele en informele werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen - Aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers en onderaannemers op de projectlocatie. - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van projecten. - Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang. - Coördineren van materiaal- en materieelstromen zodat werkzaamheden door kunnen gaan. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig. - Onderhouden van contact met projectleiding, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers. - Verzorgen van administratieve zaken zoals dagrapportage, werkbonnen en VGM-documentatie. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen, werkwijze en efficiëntie. Wat breng je mee - Ervaring binnen infra, sloop, GWW of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving. - Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Een proactieve instelling en het vermogen om het overzicht te bewaren. - Oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit. - Rijbewijs B (BE is een pré). - In het bezit van VCA VOL of bereid dit te behalen. - Enthousiasme om bij te dragen aan een professionele uitvoering en mooie projectresultaten.
