Als Uitvoerder in het grote grondverzet speel je een centrale rol in de succesvolle realisatie van diverse infrastructurele projecten. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat de uitvoering vlekkeloos verloopt en dat alle betrokken partijen weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en partners houd je overzicht en bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit en afspraken binnen de projecten. Je hebt een scherp oog voor de details van RAW- en UAV(-GC)-contracten, en je past deze met kennis van zaken toe om projecten efficiënt te beheren. Ook is het een pré als je ervaring hebt met saneringen. Bedrijfsinformatie Deze opdrachtgever is gespecialiseerd in een breed scala aan werkzaamheden, zoals grootschalig grondverzet, bouw- en woonrijp maken van grond voor woningbouw en bedrijventerreinen, bodemsaneringen, dijkversterkingen, terreinverhogingen en de aanleg van groene gebieden zoals parken. Met uitgebreide expertise en jarenlange ervaring dragen ze bij aan zowel het ontwerp als de uitvoering van projecten. De werkwijze wordt gekenmerkt door een efficiënte aanpak, betrouwbaarheid, flexibiliteit en hoogstaand vakmanschap. Functie-eisen Woonplaats regio Zuid-Holland Een afgeronde opleiding op MBO- of HBO-niveau, bij voorkeur richting GWW of Civiele Techniek. Ervaring en vakkennis in een soortgelijke functie in de GWW.
