Als uitvoerder in de ondergrondse infrastructuur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding en uitvoering van één of meer projecten. Je hebt veel eigenaarschap over je werk en werkt nauw samen met je collega's om projecten succesvol en veilig op te leveren. Wat ga je doen: - Bouwplaatsmedewerkers begeleiden en coachen. - Toezicht houden op inhuurpersoneel. - Arbeid en materiaal organiseren en verdelen. - Assistentie bieden bij de voorbereiding van projecten. - Planningen opstellen en bewaken. - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Technische voortgang, kosten en opbrengsten van projecten bewaken. - Correcte administratieve afhandeling verzorgen. - Naleving van KAM- en veiligheidsregels controleren en actie ondernemen bij afwijkingen. Functie eisen: Wat breng je mee: - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een technische richting. - Certificaten BHV, VEWA, VCA VOL en Veilig werken langs de weg of bereid deze te behalen. - 2 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in de ondergrondse infrastructuur. - Kostenbewuste en initiatiefrijke vaardigheden. - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Bedrijfsprofiel: Je gaat aan de slag bij een aannemer gespecialiseerd in ondergrondse infrastructuur voor gas, water, elektriciteit en warmte. Zij voeren aanleg- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit met veiligheid, duurzaamheid en korte lijnen als kernwaarden. Techniek is jouw taal, ABC bouwt het verhaal. Vacaturekenmerken
