Dan is deze functie bij een toonaangevende speler in de Zeeuwse infra perfect voor jou. Jij bent immers iemand die met beide benen op de grond staat - bij voorkeur op een bouwplaats waar grote infraprojecten tot leven komen. Je maakt deel uit van de Infratak van onze opdrachtgever en werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten in Zuidwest-Nederland, van wegenbouw tot het bouw- en woonrijp maken van gebieden. Grondverzet is jouw core business, maar je komt ook in aanraking met rioleringswerken, (her)bestrating en waterbouwkundige projecten. Wat breng je mee? - Je bent van begin tot eind betrokken bij projecten en werkt nauw samen met het projectteam, bestaande uit een projectleider en werkvoorbereider. - Bij de start help je met planning, inzet van materieel en personeel, en geef je advies over onderaannemers. - Tijdens het project ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, kwaliteitscontrole en veiligheid op de bouwplaats. - Je houdt de administratie op orde, controleert urenstaten, houdt hoeveelheden bij en roept bouwstoffen aan. - Je neemt deel aan bouwvergaderingen met opdrachtgevers en andere externe partijen. Kortom : jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen, van de eerste schep grond tot de laatste afronding. Geen luchtfietserij, maar solide resultaten waarop je trots kunt zijn.
