De rots in de branding tussen de veeleisende klant en onze toppers van Bilfinger die het werk veilig én soepel laten verlopen? Dan zoeken we jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Uitvoerder ben jij de baas op de werkvloer. Je geeft leiding aan een team voormannen (ja, je mag ze ook motiveren met koffie). Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en de opmeter/werkvoorbereider - want laten we eerlijk zijn, zonder goede voorbereiding wordt het een chaos. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat isolatieprojecten niet alleen netjes, maar ook op tijd en binnen budget worden uitgevoerd. Jij bent o.a. bezig met; - Projectuitvoering: Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten worden uitgevoerd binnen het afgesproken budget, volgens de planning, kwaliteitsnormen en contracteisen. - Technische verantwoordelijkheid: Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische oplevering van de projecten, zodat alles naar behoren functioneert. - Leidinggeven: Je stuurt verschillende teams aan, zowel vaste medewerkers als flexkrachten, en zorgt ervoor dat zij veilig, effectief en efficiënt werken. - Dagelijks overleg: Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met opdrachtgevers om de voortgang en verwachtingen goed af te stemmen. - Kostenbewaking: Je houdt scherp toezicht op de gewerkte uren en de kosten van de projecten waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent. - Prijscalculaties: Je maakt nauwkeurige prijscalculaties om projecten financieel haalbaar te maken.
