Als uitvoerder rapporteer je aan de projectleider en geef je operationeel aansturing aan minimaal 4 ploegen. Wat zijn je dagelijkse taken- en werkzaamheden: - Leidinggeven, coördineren, organiseren en plannen - Als Uitvoerder K&L ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van kabel en leidingwerk binnen rail en of huisaansluiting gerelateerde infra projecten - Jij bent de regisseur op de bouwplaats en legt de juiste verbinding tussen alle verschillende partijen en laat het proces goed verlopen - Jij beheert en registreert de projectdocumenten digitaal en je zorgt ervoor dat het project tijdig opgeleverd wordt met de afgesproken kwaliteit - Ook speel je een belangrijke rol bij het coachen en motiveren van het team op de projectlocaties - Jij zorgt ervoor dat er een sterk en succesvol team staat en stimuleert het team om kwaliteit te leveren en de doelstellingen te behalen - Samen met het team zorg jij voor een succesvol project - Je zorgt er voor dat de kosten binnen budget blijven en dat het werk volgens het vooraf vastgestelde plan verloopt - Je hebt oog voor de naleving van alle veiligheidsregels en stelt je proactief op - Veiligheid zit bij jou in de genen en jij neemt verantwoordelijkheid hierin - Uitvoeren van (na-) controles uit in samenwerking met opdrachtgevers of onderaannemers - Zorg dragen voor de juiste opslag en afvoer van (gevaarlijke) afvalstoffen - (Laten) aanleveren van uren- en productieverantwoording, OHW-positie e.d. - Het (laten) houden van toolboxmeetings en kick-off meetings bij nieuwe projecten - Het (laten) uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties - Geeft direct leiding aan assistent uitvoerders, voormannen en monteurs - Houdt gesprekken met medewerkers; functioneren & beoordelen en (frequent) verzuim - Coacht ...
