Als Uitvoerder bij Strukton Rail Kabels en Leidingen ben jij de spil in de uitvoering van complexe, multidisciplinaire projecten. Je stuurt meerdere ploegen met voormannen aan, houdt overzicht over techniek en financiën, en zorgt voor een optimale samenwerking. Met jouw inzicht, oplossingsgerichtheid en besluitvaardigheid zorg je ervoor dat onze projecten veilig, binnen budget en volgens planning worden opgeleverd. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van onze projecten binnen de infratechniek, met een focus op kabels en leidingen. Jouw taken: - Aansturen en coachen van voormannen, monteurs en onderaannemers. - Bewaken en optimaliseren van de planning, kwaliteit en budgetten. - Oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken en het aanbrengen van verbeteringen. - Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers, onderaannemers en inleenkrachten. - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle (veiligheids)voorschriften. - Proactief rapporteren aan de projectmanager en bijsturen waar nodig. Met jouw brede technische kennis en leiderschapskwaliteiten sla je de brug tussen techniek, veiligheid, kwaliteit en kostenbeheersing.
