Vanuit jouw rol zorg je ervoor dat de specialistische disciplines Kunstwerken, Meetdienst en Wisselverwarming veilig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar functioneren. Je geeft richting aan het team van monteurs, houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat het spoor en de bijbehorende infrastructuur beschikbaar blijven. Wat ga je doen als Uitvoerder KW/MD/WslVw? Als Uitvoerder geef je dagelijks leiding aan de afdelingen Kunstwerken, Meetdienst en Wisselverwarming. Deze techniekvelden kenmerken zich door hun grote diversiteit, waardoor je continu wordt uitgedaagd om techniek, planning en samenwerking samen te brengen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om jouw werkweek zelf in te richten en bent zowel op kantoor als buiten in het veld actief en ondersteunt bij technische uitdagingen. Samen met de Werkvoorbereider zorg je ervoor dat onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid en neem je bij storingen of afwijkingen direct de regie en zorg je ervoor dat de impact op het treinverkeer zo klein mogelijk blijft. Daarnaast ondersteun je werkvoorbereiders en monteurs, fungeer je als technische vraagbaak en krijg je volop ruimte om samen met jouw team verbeteringen en innovaties door te voeren. Concreet houdt dit het volgende in: Plannen, organiseren en voorbereiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheidsregels en financiële aspecten, inclusief administratieve afhandeling Oplossen van operationele afwijkingen en storingen Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers Fungeren als technische vraagbaak binnen de specialistische...
