Uitvoerder laag- en middenspanning De functie van een uitvoerder laag- en middenspanning Als uitvoerder laag- en middenspanning ben je verantwoordelijk voor het sturen, inplannen, organiseren en monitoren van de ploegen die zelfstandig de aanleg, installatie en het in bedrijf stellen van elektriciteitsprojecten binnen de ondergrondse distributietechniek verzorgen. De werken in de laag-en middenspanning bestaan uit aanleg en saneringen van huisaansluitingen, aanleg en saneringen van het hoofdnet en alle bijkomende werken tbv de ondergrondse distributietechniek. Goede communicatie onmisbaar Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn voor een uitvoerder laag- en middenspanning onmisbaar. Jij hebt de dagelijkse leiding bij een project en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's; je instrueert de projectmedewerkers bij hun opgedragen taken, veiligheidsvoorschriften rondom de BEI maar je staat ook klaar voor vragen. Door jou weten de medewerkers op de werkvloer wat ze te doen staat en werken ze conform het KAM-beleid en worden de processen correct uitgevoerd. Naast deze aansturing geeft jij tijdig informatie van buiten door aan de werkvoorbereiding . Deze afdeling werkt nauw samen met je. Tijdens het hele project is het contact met de opdrachtgever belangrijk. Hij wordt door jou op de hoogte gehouden van de werken in uitvoering en het nieuw te verwachten werk. Resultaatgericht Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede begeleiding en afronding van projecten op het gebied van midden- en laagspanningsnetten . Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden volgens planning lopen en dat de werkvoorbereiding goed is geregeld. Tijdens de uitvoering van het project houd je zicht op een correcte manier van werken door de ploegen buiten.
