The posting

Voor een familiebedrijf in de grond-, weg- en waterbouw zijn wij op zoek naar een Uitvoerder / Meewerkend Uitvoerder (GWW) in de regio Utrecht. Het betreft een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Het bedrijf is al ruim 30 jaar actief in grond-, straat- en rioolwerken en werkt veel voor gemeenten zoals Rotterdam, Dordrecht en Utrecht. Binnen het bedrijf heerst een nuchtere mentaliteit, korte lijnen en een echte aanpakkerscultuur. Als uitvoerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van projecten in de regio Utrecht. Je schakelt tussen de ploegen buiten, opdrachtgevers, gemeenten en kantoor en zorgt dat projecten veilig, volgens planning en met de juiste kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Afhankelijk van je ervaring werk je ook mee op de projecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Aansturen van de ploegen buiten;

- Meewerken op projecten waar nodig (bij meewerkend uitvoerder);

- Bewaken van planning en voortgang;

- Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, gemeenten en leveranciers;

- Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving (CROW / VCA);

- Controleren van kwaliteit en uitvoering;

- Signaleren van meer- en minderwerk;

- Afstemming met werkvoorbereiding en kantoor.

Wij zoeken iemand die ervaring heeft in de GWW-sector en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, oplossingsgericht en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende partijen. Wij vragen:

- Ervaring in de GWW (grond-, straat- en rioolwerk);

- Ervaring als uitvoerder, voorman of klaar voor de volgende stap;

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;

- Je bent zelfstandig, communicatief en oplossingsgericht;

- In bezit van rijbewijs B (BE is een pré);

- VCA-certificaat of bereid deze te behalen;

- Beschikbaar voor 32–40 uur per week.
