Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van bouwprojecten en zorgt dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je hebt veel contact met onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers en je eigen team. - Aansturen van onderaannemers en eigen vakmensen op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en adviseurs over de voortgang; - Oplossen van praktische vraagstukken tijdens de uitvoering.

Doorgroeien naar projectleider of specialiseren in complexe transformatieprojecten behoort tot de mogelijkheden.
