Wegens groei en uitbreiding van ons team zijn wij voor de vestiging in Capelle aan den IJssel op zoek naar een uitvoerder voor het mutatieonderhoud.

Wij zijn opzoek naar een Uitvoerder Mutatie in Capelle aan den IJssel. Het betreft een functie voor 40 uur per week en het salaris bedraagt € 3.500 - 4.500. Onze opdrachtgever is een bouwkundig aannemer, gevestigd in Krimpen aan de Lek en Capelle aan den IJssel. Zij zijn een informeel familiebedrijf en houden zich voor een groot aantal klanten in de regio bezig met nieuwbouw, renovatie, (groot) onderhoud en contractonderhoud van gebouwen en woningen. Verder zijn zij voor verschillende organisaties huisaannemer, waarbij creativiteit en flexibiliteit wordt gevraagd. In hun eigentijdse timmerfabriek maken ze ramen, deuren, trappen en kozijnen nauwkeurig op maat, maar er zijn natuurlijk veel meer toepassingsmogelijkheden van houten bouwmaterialen denkbaar. Daarbij kiezen zij ervoor om milieubewust te produceren met een laag energieverbruik. 140 gemotiveerde medewerkers hebben vakkundigheid, duurzaamheid en service hoog in het vaandel staan. Persoonlijk contact met de medewerker en klanten vinden zij belangrijk. Wat ga je doen? - Het opstellen van het projectplan, de werkbegroting, de werkinstructies, de benodigde kwaliteitsregistraties en planningen en het (laten) opstellen van bewonersinformatie - Zorgen voor een volledig projectdossier - Bestellen van benodigde materialen en het aanvragen van eventueel relevante vergunningen - Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, opzichters, leveranciers en vaste ketenpartners over planningen, wijzigingen en inkoop - Inplannen en aansturen van onze vaklieden en ketenpartners - Begeleiden van de uitvoering en verzorgen en bijwonen van opleveringen - Verantwoordelijk voor het voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen va
