Benieuwd naar de details? Lees snel verder. Introductie Als uitvoerder nazorg zorg jij ervoor dat een project ook ná de oplevering echt afgerond wordt. Jij stuurt herstelwerkzaamheden aan, stemt af met bewoners, opdrachtgever en onderaannemers en bewaakt de kwaliteit tot de laatste opleverpunten zijn afgehandeld. In deze functie combineer je bouwkundige kennis met overzicht, planning en duidelijke communicatie. Meldingen na oplevering pak je gestructureerd op, zodat klanten snel weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de Medewerker Nazorg en bent zichtbaar betrokken bij het gehele nazorgproces. Zoek je een rol waarin je verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor een soepel verlopende nazorgfase, dan past deze functie goed bij jou. Organisatie Onze Opdrachtgever een bouwonderneming waar kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en duidelijke afspraken centraal staan. Projecten worden met aandacht opgeleverd en ook in de nazorgfase staat het bedrijf voor een professionele en zorgvuldige aanpak.
