Als Uitvoerder Nazorg ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en plannen van herstelwerkzaamheden en het afhandelen van klachtmeldingen tijdens de nazorgfase van bouwprojecten. Je toetst meldingen aan contractuele verplichtingen en zorgt voor een correcte communicatie richting interne betrokkenen. Je geeft leiding aan een servicemonteur en stuurt externe partijen aan in de uitvoering van herstelwerkzaamheden. Ook bewaak je de kwaliteit, veiligheid, kosten en tijdsplanning van deze werkzaamheden. Belangrijke taken in deze functie zijn: - Opstellen van planningen voor herstelwerkzaamheden; - Beoordelen van klachtmeldingen op basis van contractuele afspraken en richtlijnen; - Coördineren en aansturen van de Servicemonteur Nazorg en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van kosten, urenregistratie en administratieve afhandeling; - Toezien op naleving van Arbo- en milieuregels (inclusief RI&E en LMRA); - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en evaluaties van herstelwerkzaamheden; - Voorstellen doen voor procesverbeteringen ter verhoging van kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting Bouwkunde (bijv. Middenkaderfunctionaris Bouw); - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een uitvoerende of coördinerende bouwrol; - Leidinggevende vaardigheden en affiniteit met klantgericht werken; - In het bezit van of bereid om te behalen: VCA VOL, BHV en EHBO; - Planmatig sterk, oplossingsgericht en kwaliteitsbewust; - Ervaring met nazorgprocessen of servicewerk is een pré; Functieoverzicht .
