Als Uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de bouwplaats. Je gaat aan de slag met een aantal nieuwbouwprojecten, die variëren van grondgebonden en gestapelde woningbouw tot aan bedrijfspanden. De projecten bevinden zich door heel Zeeuws-Vlaanderen heen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de verschillende partijen op de bouwplaats, van vakmannen tot aan leveranciers. Dankzij jouw duidelijke aansturing weet iedereen wat er gedaan moet worden en wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Je bent kritisch ingesteld en hecht veel waarde aan een nette en schone bouwplaats. Veiligheid en kwaliteit worden dankzij jouw scherpe blik gewaarborgd. Verder verzorg je inkoop, planning, meer-en minderwerk en rapportages. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke uitvoerdersrol; - Een bouwkundige opleiding heeft de voorkeur maar is geen vereiste; - In het bezit van VCA VOL; - Rijbewijs B. Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Een marktconform salaris wat is gebaseerd op jouw kennis en kunde maar zeker tussen de € 4.000,- en € 5.000,- bruto per maand; - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de bouw cao UTA. Denk aan 40(!)) vrije dagen, een auto, laptop en smartphone van het werk; - De projecten bevinden zich allemaal binnen een half uur reistijd vanaf het kantoor; - Intern perfecte begeleiding door de ervaren naaste collega's.
