Als Uitvoerder Nieuwbouw ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt het bouwproces aan van fundering tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, budget en kwaliteit verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met onderaannemers, leveranciers en interne collega's om elk project tot een succes te maken. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor kopers tijdens de bouw en zorg je voor een prettige communicatie richting alle betrokkenen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Aansturen en coördineren van onderaannemers en leveranciers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving conform de geldende V&G-regelgeving; - Organiseren van bouwvergaderingen en afstemmen met projectleiding en engineering; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor kopers en verzorgen van heldere communicatie; - Oplossen van uitvoeringsvraagstukken en anticiperen op mogelijke knelpunten; - Bewaken van de voortgang en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen of risico's.

Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen werkwijze te bepalen en wordt gestimuleerd om mee te denken over procesverbeteringen. Het bedrijf investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen, cursussen en coaching. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig: denk aan een stap naar projectleider, hoofduitvoerder of een rol binnen de engineering. Je ambitie en inzet bepalen hoe snel je doorgroeit binnen de organisatie.
