Een bouwproject succesvol realiseren vraagt om iemand die overzicht houdt, snel kan schakelen en mensen weet mee te krijgen. Als Uitvoerder Bouw ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat de uitvoering soepel verloopt. Van de eerste voorbereidingen tot de oplevering ben jij betrokken bij het project. Je stuurt medewerkers en onderaannemers aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit en veiligheid altijd voorop blijven staan. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de projectleider en het projectteam. Je bent veel op de bouwplaats aanwezig en hebt contact met verschillende partijen. Van timmerlieden en leveranciers tot opdrachtgevers en collega's op kantoor: jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijkse aansturing van medewerkers en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats. - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang. - Organiseren en leiden van bouw- en toolboxoverleggen. - Controleren van werkzaamheden en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Afstemmen met projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en leveranciers. - Meedenken over praktische oplossingen tijdens de uitvoering. - Bijhouden van projectadministratie en voortgangsrapportages. - Zorgdragen voor een nette en kwalitatieve oplevering van het project.
