Binnen deze vestiging ten oosten van Utrecht zijn ruim 160 collega's werkzaam op de afdeling woningbouw en vastgoed. Projecten worden uitgevoerd in zowel nieuwbouw als groot onderhoud. Deze aannemer biedt jou de vrijheid om mee te denken met de organisatie en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Functie inhoud Als uitvoerder geef je leiding aan alle bouwplaatsmedewerkers en ben je aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgever en onderaannemers. Je stuurt het bouwproces aan op basis van een planning en bent verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang en kwaliteit. Je maakt deel uit van het uitvoeringsteam, waarin je nauw samenwerkt met de projectleiding en werkvoorbereiding. Je wordt ingezet op één of meerdere nieuwbouwprojecten.
