Als Uitvoerder Nieuwbouw werk jij veelal aan nieuwbouw huis projecten. De opdrachten die binnen komen verschillen enorm en ook utilitaire projecten zijn interessant. Die afwisseling is wat de uitvoerders binnen onze organisatie dan ook juist leuk vinden. Mocht jij het leuk vinden om ook eens te transformeren of renoveren, ook dan zijn er veel mogelijkheden. Wat wij verwachten van een uitvoerder is dat hij of zij zelfstandig een bouw kan leiden. Hij werkt samen met een projectleider en afhankelijk van de grootte van het project met een assistent uitvoerder. Wij zoeken iemand die vanaf ruwbouw tot de nok de bouw kan sturen en zo het verschil kan maken binnen de organisatie. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde MBO-Bouwkunde - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en leiding kunnen geven aan een team Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau MBO Aanbod: - - Een marktconform salaris wat is gebaseerd op jouw kennis en kunde, variërend tussen de €3000,- en de €4500,- bruto per maand - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de CAO Bouw. Verder kan je denken aan een auto, telefoon en laptop van het werk om jouw werk zo efficiënt mogelijk uit te kunnen voeren. - Intern word je perfect begeleid door jouw collega's en tevens kan je via Eminent rekenen op goede ondersteuning. Per direct kan je dan ook gebruik maken van een opleidingsbudget van € 750,- voor een relevante cursus naar keuze. - Een vaste aanstelling na de detacheringsperiode is het uitgangspunt van de opdrachtgever.
