In deze rol ben jij degene die het team aanstuurt, overzicht houdt en zorgt dat het bouwproces veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Jij bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de bouwlocatie, weet mensen te motiveren en zorgt voor een kwalitatief sterk eindresultaat. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers op de bouwplaats. - Coördineren van de dagelijkse uitvoering, inclusief inzet van personeel, materiaal en materieel. - Afstemmen met het projectteam, onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen zoals de opdrachtgever, architect en constructeur. - Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van het project. - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, gedragsregels en milieuzorg op de bouwplaats. - Toezien op een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek. - Afronden van het project met oog voor detail en een strakke oplevering. Wie zoeken wij? Een uitvoerder met een praktische instelling, natuurlijk leiderschap en het vermogen om snel te schakelen. Je weet rust te bewaren op de bouwplaats en haalt energie uit het werken met mensen én aan mooie projecten. Ervaring met het coördineren van bouwprojecten en kennis van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van veiligheid zijn belangrijk. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - MBO Bouwkunde niveau 4 of vergelijkbare kwaliteiten. - VCA Leidinggevenden (VOL). - Tenminste 3 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder binnen de bouw.
