Als Uitvoerder ben je het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt jouw team aan en staat collega's en onderaannemers te woord. Op dagelijkse basis hou je toezicht op alle aspecten van het bouwproces en coördineer je de werkzaamheden. Dit doe je natuurlijk niet alleen, want je werkt samen met jouw team, waaronder de projectleiders en werkvoorbereiders. Je vormt op deze manier een belangrijke schakel tussen de bouwplaats en het kantoor. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden en het bouwteam. Als leidinggevende weet je jouw team steeds weer te motiveren en zorg je voor een fijne werksfeer op de bouwplaats. Dankzij jou staan alle neuzen dezelfde richting op en is er een goede balans tussen werk en een dolletje. Andere zaken waarmee je op dagelijkse basis bezig bent zijn voorraad, controle van tekeningen, urenregistratie en oplevering van woningen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die zelfstandig een project kan draaien en een team kan aansturen. Je hebt een positieve instelling en beschikt over een gezonde dosis flexibiliteit. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding; - Goede leidinggevende kwaliteiten; - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - VOL-VCA; - Bhv'er of bereid te worden opgeleid.
