In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt: van planning en kwaliteit tot veiligheid en samenwerking. Jij houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Organisatie Je komt terecht bij een moderne bouwer met een informele sfeer en korte lijnen. Hier wordt hard gewerkt, maar is er ook aandacht voor jou als persoon en een goede werk-privébalans. Functie - Het coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats - Het bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid - Het aansturen en motiveren van het team - Het schakelen met werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en onderaannemers - Het oplossen van knelpunten en meedenken in praktische oplossingen Je werkt aan middelgrote tot grote bouwprojecten die niet alleen technisch uitdagend zijn, maar ook impact maken op de omgeving.
