Ze proberen er voor te zorgen dat de medewerkers niet al te ver hoeven rijden naar de projecten. Ze zijn actief binnen alle stadia van de bouw, van ontwikkeling tot aan realisatie, nazorg en bouwservice. Projecten zijn hoofdzakelijk in de woningbouw maar ook zorgappartementen en kantoren komen wel eens voor. Deze organisatie hecht veel waarde aan de inbreng van medewerkers, het samenwerken en ook het nakomen van afspraken. Ze vallen onder een grote organisatie waardoor er voordelen te halen zijn uit juridische kennis en bijvoorbeeld inkoopbeleid. Op de werkvloer zelf heerst er een familiecultuur/sfeer en word je snel opgenomen in het team. Successen worden gevierd, er worden veel teambuilding en leuke uitjes georganiseerd en dit zie, en voel je weer terug op de werkvloer. Functie inhoud De uitvoerder is op de bouwplaats hét aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen op de bouw. Zo stuur je onderaannemers aan, heb je regelmatig overleg met de projectleider, verdeel je de werkzaamheden over de ploegen en geef je leiding aan junior uitvoerders. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afroepen van materieel en materialen, de algehele voortgang en planningen van het nieuwbouwproject, het signaleren van meer- en minderwerk en de volledige personeelsinzet.
