Als uitvoerder ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat het project volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen wordt opgeleverd. Je stuurt onderaannemers aan, bewaakt de voortgang en lost problemen op voordat ze escaleren. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, werkvoorbereider en andere disciplines om het project succesvol af te ronden. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens de geldende voorschriften worden uitgevoerd. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over de uitvoering en verbeteringen voor te stellen. De organisatie hecht veel waarde aan innovatie en duurzaamheid, dus jouw ideeën worden serieus genomen. Je werkt aan projecten die er echt toe doen: woningen waar mensen met plezier in wonen, scholen waar kinderen leren, en kantoren waar bedrijven groeien. Dat geeft voldoening en maakt jouw werk zinvol. Jouw taken in het kort: - Aansturen van onderaannemers en eigen medewerkers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoering; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Afstemmen met de projectleider, werkvoorbereider en andere betrokken partijen; - Oplossen van uitvoeringsproblemen en bijsturen waar nodig; - Controleren van opgeleverd werk en zorgen voor een tevreden opdrachtgever.
