Als Uitvoerder Infra ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de aanleg van hoofdleidingen voor gas, water en elektriciteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van projecten, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat alles volgens planning, kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften verloopt. Jij vormt de schakel tussen werkvoorbereiders, monteurs, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers, en behoudt altijd het overzicht én oog voor detail. Dagelijks ben je aanwezig op de projectlocaties om te zorgen dat de werkzaamheden soepel verlopen. Je motiveert je team om optimaal te presteren en lost problemen doeltreffend op. Met jouw inzet draag je direct bij aan de energietransitie in Nederland, door te werken aan duurzame en betrouwbare infrastructuren. Jouw taken in het kort: Dagelijkse aansturing van het projectteam en coördinatie van onderaannemers. Bewaken van de voortgang, planning en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden. Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en het gebruik van beschermingsmiddelen. Signaleren en oplossen van eventuele problemen of knelpunten tijdens de uitvoering. Controleren en accorderen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Verzorging van de administratieve afhandeling van projecten, in samenwerking met de werkvoorbereiding. Intensief contact onderhouden met werkvoorbereiders, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers. Kortom: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering en oplevering van projecten binnen de afgesproken tijd, kosten en kwaliteitsnormen. MBO 4 diploma in de richting van civiele techniek, infra of vergelijkbaar Ervaring als uitvoerder in de infra, bij voorkeur in de aanleg van gas-, water- of elektriciteitsleidingen Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften (VCA VOL) Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om je team effectief aan te sturen Oog voor detail en de capaciteit om problemen snel op te lossen In het bezit van een rijbewijs B Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een dienstverband van minimaal 32 uur en maximaal 40 uur per week met een goed en passend salaris Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling 25 vakantiedagen en 13 adv-dagen op fulltime basis, zodat je voldoende tijd hebt om tot rust te komen of op vakantie te gaan Alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed uit te voeren, denk hierbij o.a. aan een laptop, telefoon of leaseauto Veel vrijheid en zelfstandigheid bij het uitvoeren van je werkzaamheden Een goede en familiare sfeer bij een familiebedrijf waarin de mens centraal staat.
