Ben jij sterk in het begeleiden en ondersteunen van projecten buiten en wil je een belangrijke rol spelen in het waarborgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en uitvoering? Dan is deze functie bij Siers wellicht iets voor jou! Als Uitvoerder bij Siers speel jij een cruciale rol in het aansturen van je team, bestaande uit monteurs, werkvoorbereiders en engineers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle aspecten van het project, zoals het leggen of vervangen van kabels en leidingen, tot in de puntjes worden geregeld. Je stelt dagplanningen op, stuurt de ploegen aan en draagt zorg voor een kloppende financiële administratie, waarover je verantwoording aflegt aan de teammanager. Daarnaast ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en onderhoud je belangrijke contacten met stakeholders, zoals de opdrachtgever, gebruikers en onderaannemers. Jij houdt het overzicht en stelt prioriteiten wanneer nodig, waarbij je altijd de belangen van Siers, de netbeheerder en de klant in balans houdt. Veiligheid staat voorop, want bij Siers werken we volgens het motto: "We werken veilig of we werken niet." Kortom, jij bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het team en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig en volgens planning verloopt, met goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokkenen.
