Als Uitvoerder ben je de spil in projecten rond ondergrondse infrastructuur. Je stuurt een team aan, houdt het overzicht en bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering volgens planning en budget. Je schakelt snel tussen verschillende partijen en zorgt dat alles veilig en volgens de regels verloopt. Een gemiddelde werkdag start met het doornemen van de planning en het aansturen van medewerkers. Je controleert de voortgang, lost knelpunten op en onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers. Je werkt nauw samen met de werkvoorbereider en projectleider en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling. - Aansturen en coachen van bouwplaats medewerkers

- Toezien op naleving van veiligheids- en KAM-regels

- Bewaken van technische voortgang, kosten en opbrengsten

- Organiseren van arbeid en materiaal

- Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers

- Assisteren bij voorbereiding en afhandeling van projecten

- Zorgdragen voor correcte administratie

- Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in technische richting (bijvoorbeeld uitvoerder ondergrondse infratechniek, BOB-KOB uitvoerder infra of vergelijkbaar) - Minimaal twee jaar werkervaring in de ondergrondse infrastructuur - In het bezit van VeWa, Veilig Werken Langs de Weg, VCA-VOL en/of BHV-certificaten, of bereid deze kosteloos te halen via WerkTalent - Zelfstandig en neemt initiatief - Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Kostenbewust en veiligheid staat voorop
